This page explains what data TeasyMarket collects, why, and what choices you have. It is maintained by the app owner and describes the application's current behaviour.

What we collect
Account data: your name, email address, language preference and the companies you belong to. Business data you import or enter: stores, suppliers, products, variants, images, costs, invoices, marketplace listings and competitor records. Technical data needed to operate the service: authentication events, import and discovery job records, and activity logs of security-relevant actions.
How we use it
To authenticate you, to separate each company's data, to run imports and matching, to produce analyses and recommendations, to keep an audit trail of who changed what, and to diagnose faults. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Basis for processing
For account and business data, processing is needed to provide the service you asked for. For security logging and fault diagnosis, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating the application safely.
Processors and integrations
TeasyMarket runs on the Lovable Cloud platform, which provides hosting, the application database, authentication, file storage and server-side functions. AI features send the specific text or image data needed for a task to a model provider through Lovable's AI gateway. Where you connect a store such as Shopify, data is read from that store into the application. No other third parties receive your data from the application.
Cookies and local storage
The application stores a session token and small preferences — your active company, language and last visited page — in your browser so you stay signed in and return where you left off. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
Business data is kept for as long as your company uses the application. Cost, invoice and approval history is append-only by design so that financial and decision records stay auditable. On a deletion request from a company Owner, the company's data is removed except where a record must be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
Security
Access is authenticated, and every company's data is isolated at the database level by row-level security policies tied to your membership and role. Traffic to the application is encrypted in transit. Roles limit sensitive fields — for example, Office users do not see cost data. Security-relevant actions are logged.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to processing. Requests are handled by the app owner; contact details are published inside the application.
Shared responsibility
The Lovable Cloud platform provides the hosting, database, authentication and storage capabilities described above. The app owner is responsible for how the application is configured, who is invited, which stores are connected and how business data is used. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you import and for keeping your account credentials safe.
